I teach regular yoga & meditation classes, courses ranging from 8 weeks to 9 months, and also love working with individuals one on one to help develop a supportive home practice that suits one’s needs and lifestyle.
What do clients “go home with” after working with me? I offer tools to foster overall wellness that range from physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual support. I help individuals feel empowered, nurtured, and connected to themselves — their own bodies, minds, and hearts — and in their relationships.
Virtual 6 Week Yoga and Meditation/Yoga Nidra Series

Price of course based on payment ability ~ sliding scale payment of $80-$175
I’ve learned that we can create community and powerful alchemy even in the virtual space. Continuing on a theme developed through the fall, join our community for a deeper dive and the opportunity to create a container together that holds and supports us this winter in body, mind and heart. There is a gravity created in group practice and held intention that will anchor all of us in the coming months. Also, though this is scheduled for Tues evenings, recordings will be available weekly so you can join in at your convenience if Tuesdays do not always work for your schedule. The format of these classes will center practice with an initial welcoming and context setting, chanting, breath centered yoga, and then pranayama + meditation. Every third week Yoga Nidra will be offered in lieu of meditation. This will be offered via Zoom. If you’ve been feeling scattered, separate, and wondering where the sacred is in all of this, let’s call it in and our remembrance together. All are welcome, lets commit to the supportive power of these practices.

Suggested donation per class is $5-20 depending on length and financial ability. These are difficult times and you you will not be turned away because of lack of funds!
