One on one sessions are an ideal way to create a practice that meets your current needs and goals. Whether addressing a physical issue or something more mental/emotional like a practice that supports a change in a job or relationship, a private session can be an ideal way to craft a practice that is addressing your situation and serving your growth. This can be a one time meeting, weekly, monthly, or bi-annually. I guide clients regularly in individualized asana sequences, breath work, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and lifestyle coaching. Finding the right practice at the appropriate time can make a large impact in facilitating healing, motivating change, and/or deepening your spiritual practice. Whether you are new to yoga and are looking for some personalized guidelines or are a seasoned practitioner ready to deepen your practice, private sessions can broaden ones understanding and experience. The bulk of yoga throughout its history has been taught not in group sessions but catered to the individual. Lessons are available in one’s own home, long distance via Skype or Facetime, or at a private room connected with Main Street Yoga. Rates and packages are as follows and reflect 60-75min appointments:
